To keep it simple, we picked the most accessible herbs/ flowers available which you can pick up in your local shop or even your garden if you’ve got a green thumb. Be at one with nature with these 5 herbs!
1. Rose Petals
Amazingly, rose petals provide numerous health benefits when used in a vaporizer. They can be used to treat conditions such as bronchitis and asthma. It’s also said to be useful to treat high blood pressure and stress. Also, as you can imagine - the smell these rose petals would produce would be an experience in itself. We recommend vaporizing your rose petal leaves at no more than 212F to preserve the beautiful scent and benefits it produces.
2. Thyme Herb
This one has been tried and tested here at NamasteVapes NZ, and we can assure you this taste will blow your mind, while also cleansing your lungs. We recommend detoxing between vaping other herbs to ensure your insides stay detoxed and enjoy the maximum benefits from your vaporizer. It is specifically good to aid digestive discomfort, such as bloating and improves overall digestive health.
